We were having a location in the Danube Delta, and within our involvement there, we soon discovered that not only were we and the people around us using a lot of timber in the constructions there, but it was very difficult to find timber that could handle extreme humidity conditions along with the entirety of micro-organisms that can affect timber. Hence, we decided we ought to do it, make timber last.

And so, we launched DinamicWood, a timber processing factory in Babadag, Tulcea, Romania. Our ambitions grew, with the intent of giving those who want to play and showcase timber the possibility to do so, to provide with a much needed product whether in finite form or semi-processed manner, according to the market's request. We value timber, and believe it should be shown and appreciated at its true value. All in all, howevre, our goal remains one, to offer simple products at the best and most long-lasting quality.

_ Philosophy

We care about the environment and handling today's crisis is a delicate issue. On one hand, we want to reduce our level of pollution and our carbon footprint by using renewable, eco-friendly materials that can be reintroduced in the natural cycle once our use of them has ended. Here, timber excels: it is a strong, durable and living material, versatile in every way, now with version such as CLT achieving strengths similar to that of concrete. Truly a brand new world.

On the other hand, deforestation is a world-wide issue, and Romania is not one country to have been spared by it. As such, the timber industry can be a delicate spot to be in when one cares for the future of the planet. However, it does not also have to be difficult. We know who we are and what our position is and we intend to stand by it. As such, we have taken the engagement that for each cut tree that arrives at our doorstep or is used within our services, we will plant two others in its stead. We stand together in the planet's reforestation efforts and re-establishing the wild-life equilibrium.
